OUR HOME TOUR

These photos are from our builder’s website, taken when the house was brand new.

We broke ground in November 2012 and moved in April 2014. Working closely with our architect, we designed the home together from the ground up. My vision was a West Indies/Key Largo look, although over the years many people have told me it has more of a European feel.

I designed and decorated the entire interior myself—with a lot of inspiration and more than a little help from Pinterest!

At the time these photos were taken, the house was really just beginning its story. We were still traveling back and forth to Hong Kong, and in March 2016, our container finally arrived with the rest of our furniture, antiques and collectibles.

More than 12 years later, the house looks very different. Like any home that is truly lived in, it has continued to change and evolve right along with us—and I’m still finding things to redesign!
