~ spring couscous salad with basil vinaigrette ~

I usually prepare this on top of the stove for a small family group. I have a myers lemon tree that are absolutely huge and outrageously wonderful. But when I did this for 15 - I placed the warm chicken in the the oven and then added the sauce - keeping it on 200 degrees - this way it stays warm but not over cooked. This time I also added artichoke hearts.
