Here are the tones of the Condo.  You and I see it very differently ~ however, I see it as a brown taupe color - and not grey.  Grey is a color tone that has been used for the last 8 years and has now become dated.  Don't create a new design with an old color story  - and it's not in the home's color palette. Trends are leaning warmer for the 2024 painting season. Gray has shifted to; bright whites ~ leaning toward the softer, warmer whites. Long story short, cool is out; warm is in.  Beige is the new soothing base color for now, and possibly for the next 10 years.  It creates the perfect amount of natural warmth in almost any space. Beige also pairs nicely with natural materials like wood and stones, which thankfully are very 'in' right now.'

The bathrooms are small and the floors are busy in design.  They are also very brown - with no grey tone.

Left is the 2nd bathroom with a lighter floor ~  the bottom is the dark wood for the hall bathroom.  Let's try to get the bathrooms to be an extension of the living room.  

Try to find a countertop with brown in the veins ~ as well as grey.

Your example, I think, is only grey tones - cool tones

The sample is small and may have it. But searching the website below - only shows grey.

Because you are using a tile flooring that's grey and white - then the Calacatta Jubille Quartz can be used.  You don't need the brown tone.

It's helpful that the floor has a cream tone because the subway is so white. Use the grey grout to pull it together.
