ELECTRICAL hidden in the ceilings

We have a problem at our rehab.  Drywall was installed and primed but they didn't keep an opening where all the electrical is located. Then they were fired by our contractor so we will never know.  Our electrician won't return due to non payment by our contractor ~ however we have paid 80% of the bill.  The wow's of construction and a company going down the tubes ~ trying to take us with it.
