WINDOW IN SHOWER
I hate to pay for new brick

No molding around window - keeping it narrow like the rest in the house ~ add glass block. 

love the idea of shelves built in. 

This may then be a 6" deep wall.  

A 4" threshold holds the water in and won't flood the bathroom if the drain is clogged. 

I'm changing the pony wall to 36" for towels. 
That makes the shower glass door 32"  ~ anything larger is too big and too expensive. 
Beware: at times the glass shifts and starts to hit each other.  You will need the it repaired in a few years. 

You can start with a tension rod and eventually get a glass door. The length to cover is 78"

TOILET

~ Giving the Toilet area 34 x 54 ~

In general, round-front toilets extend 25 to 28 inches from the wall. Elongated toilets extend 29 to 31 inches.

You could build out the wall behind the toilet to create a shelf area.

I gave up on this.  The tub is 60" and that hits right in the middle of the window.  The other problem is it's over 18" tall - it's difficult getting in and out of the shower daily.

This is the 41" round tub above.  

I think too masculine and dark for the small room. But, I'm keeping it in the blog in case. 

This is the layout - however the shower as shown would have walls and a small opening where the door is. And we should use clear glass because of the space.
