Unfortunately, we have decided to continue the renovation to the 3rd floor on my son's row house. Since everything is opened up and permits are still active - it's to our benefit to increase the square footage another 500 ft. That means the roof is coming off the house and a new staircase can be added. While this is happening during the cold winter days - we have halted purchasing anything large. There is nowhere to store it.

So in the meantime we keep sourcing Pinterest for fresh ideas. But eventually, we have to stop and commit.
